Return Policy

We are saddened to say that we will be closing our doors once all our inventory is sold. For this reason, all orders will be final sale. Exchanges may be issued within 7 days of the delivery date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

How to make an exchange:

> At this time, we do not provide return labels for customers. Customers are responsible for shipping any exchanges.

We hope to provide return labels as we grow in the future!

Defective Items:

Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

Lost or Stolen Merchandise:

> Please note, District is not liable for issues between the customer and USPS.

> We are always happy to replace an item if the order appears lost and has not been marked as 'Delivered'.

> Once an item has been marked as 'Delivered', we are not responsible for lost of stolen packages.

> Always confirm that the shipping address is correct, and follow-up with USPS if an order appears lost if it has been marked as 'Delivered'.

> Please wait up to 48 hrs to contact us if an item is marked 'Delivered' to see if it shows up.
