Return Policy

Please note: All orders placed 

* We only offer refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT. We do not issue refunds in the form of the original payment method.

> Store Credit will be issued within 3 business days from the delivery of your return to our warehouse.

> Returns will be issued within 14 days of the shipment date.

> NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE: Hats, Intimates, Accessories, Jewelry, Shoes, and all sale items.

> All returns must be unworn, scent free, unwashed, tags still attached.

> If you make a return past the 14 day period, or if you return a non-returnable item, the item will be added to a donation pile.

Store credit will not be issued, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

How to make a return

> At this time, we do not provide return labels for customers. Customers are responsible for shipping any returns.

Defective Items:

Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

Lost or Stolen Merchandise:

> Please note, District is not liable for issues between the customer and USPS.

> We are always happy to replace an item if the order appears lost and has not been marked as 'Delivered'.

> Once an item has been marked as 'Delivered', we are not responsible for lost of stolen packages.

> Always confirm that the shipping address is correct, and follow-up with USPS if an order appears lost if it has been marked as 'Delivered'.

> Please wait up to 48 hrs to contact us if an item is marked 'Delivered' to see if it shows up.
